Terms of Service

LexAI Negotiator Pro · Effective October 6, 2026

Informational tool, not legal advice. LexAI Negotiator Pro uses artificial intelligence to produce informational analysis. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney–client relationship.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

LexAI Negotiator Pro (the “Service”) is operated by Sovereign Eight Analytics, a proprietorship based in Kolkata, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

You can paste or upload a contract and receive an AI-generated risk score, clause-by-clause observations, suggested counter-proposal language and a draft negotiation email. Results are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation, and laws differ by state and change over time.

3. No legal advice

Output from the Service is for general information only. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Before you sign, send or act on any contract, have a qualified attorney in the relevant jurisdiction review it. You are responsible for all decisions you make using the Service.

4. Your account

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the contracts and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You give us a limited permission to process Your Content only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate results. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. Do not submit content that you are legally or contractually prohibited from sharing with a service provider, for example material under a confidentiality obligation that forbids disclosure to third-party processors. You may use Zero Retention mode to avoid saving analyses to your history; see the Privacy Policy for what that does and does not cover.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law or infringe anyone’s rights; submit malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe or bypass the Service’s security or usage limits; reverse engineer the Service; use automated means to access it at scale; use it to build a competing product; or use it for anything other than analyzing documents you are entitled to analyze.

7. Free access, limits and changes

The Service is currently free during launch, subject to fair-use limits (for example, a daily cap on analyses per account). We may add paid plans, change limits or features, or withdraw the Service. If we introduce charges, we will publish pricing and a refund policy before you are asked to pay, and you will not be charged for the Service without your clear agreement.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Google (sign-in, database and hosting) and Anthropic (AI processing). Their terms and practices apply to their own services, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its output. While the Service is free, it is provided without charge and our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. If we introduce paid plans, our total liability for a claim relating to a paid plan will be limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, and we will state any such terms when pricing is published. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from Your Content, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your history at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
